Terms

Rules for using Geniti.

By using Geniti you agree to what's below. We tried to write it the way a reasonable person speaks, not the way a contract usually reads. If something is unclear, email hello@geniti.io and we'll answer.

Your account

  • You need to be 16 or older and able to agree to these terms.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your sign-in safe.
  • One human per account. Don't share credentials.

Acceptable use

Don't use Geniti to:

  • Break the law, or help someone else break the law.
  • Generate content that harms real people — harassment, targeted abuse, non-consensual imagery, content that sexualizes minors, or disinformation campaigns.
  • Attack the service or other users — scraping at scale, probing for exploits, trying to exhaust resources for other customers, or circumventing rate limits.
  • Impersonate someone else, including using Geniti to generate content that misrepresents the origin of a message for deceptive purposes.
  • Infringe other people's intellectual property.

If we think you're doing any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your account. For serious violations we may do so without notice.

Your content

You own what you put into Geniti and what Geniti helps you produce. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process that content so that we can actually run the service for you. We don't claim ownership of your work and we don't sell or license it to anyone else.

AI output, and what it's worth

Geniti's specialists use large language models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Treat it as a draft — verify facts, check legal and financial claims with a professional, review anything that will affect real decisions. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Credits and billing

Geniti is metered in credits. Pricing is published on the pricing page. New accounts come with a free credit grant. Paid top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. If credits you bought are unused and the service becomes unavailable for a material period through our fault, email us and we'll sort it out.

No warranty

Geniti is provided "as is." We do our best to make it reliable, useful, and accurate, but we don't warrant that it's fit for any particular purpose, that it will be uninterrupted, or that the output will be error-free. Don't rely on it as your sole source of truth for high-stakes decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Geniti and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid less than that. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; where that's the case, these limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

Termination

You can close your account any time by emailing privacy@geniti.io. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Geniti after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE UPDATED UPON INCORPORATION], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
